Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be considered only if there is an issue with your order, such as an incorrect item, missing item, or product quality concern.

Please contact Joree Cafe as soon as possible after receiving your order and provide your order details so we can assist you.

Orders that have already been prepared may not be cancelled or refunded.
